Ballwin
Ballwin is a suburb of southwestern St. Louis - the first home to Lion's Choice, a fast food chain dedicated to fresh roast beef, that was established in Ballwin. The census populace was 30,404 in 2010.
This area is home to numerous schools inside Parkway School District, including Claymont, Henry, Oak Brook, and Sorrento Springs primary schools, and Parkway West High School.
Ballwin additionally contains a few schools inside Rockwood School District, including Marquette High School, including Ballwin, Westridge, and Woerther primary schools, just as Selvidge Middle School.

Brentwood
Brentwood is a suburb of St. Louis: the population was 8,055 at the 2010 census
The area that is Brentwood came to be due to three land purchases: that of Louis J. Bompart who purchased land in 1804, followed by the Gay family, and the Marshall family. In the 1870s, a man by the name of Thomas Madden arrived and operated a rock quarry, barbershop, grocery store, tavern and a blacksmith shop. Due to Madden's prominence in the community, the town was then named Maddenville.
The 2010 tells us there is a population of 8,055 people.

Clayton
Clayton was named after Ralph Clayton in 1877, who donated the land for the courthouse. The city is lively, and occupies only 2.5 square miles of land, with a population of 20,000 people.
There are many business headquarters located in Clayton, such as Famous Footwear, Shoes.com, Centene, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, and Straub Markets. The largest employer in the city happens to be St. Louis County!
The city's neighborhoods include Clayshire, DeMun, Claverach Park, Clayton Gardens, Davis Place, Old Town, Tanglewood, Hillcrest, Moorlands, Polo, Wydown Forest, Wydown Terrace, Forsyth,Washington University, Downtown Clayton.

Crestwood
Crestwood is home to many public spaces, such as parks, baseball and soccer fields, playgrounds, tennis courts, a public water park, and an aquatic center, and neighbors Grant's Farm.
Crestwood was named "best place to raise kids in Missouri" by Bloomberg Business Week. They commended the great schools and civil administration.

Des Peres
Des Peres is an old settlement in Missouri, founded around December 3, 1700 by a group of Kaskaskia Native Americans and French. The settlement was called Des Peres, which French for "The Fathers".
Des Peres has six parks: Des Peres Park, Pioneer Park, Harwood Park, Sugar Creek Park, and also, the 13 acre Phantom Forest, as well as the 10 acre Bittersweet Woods conservation areas which are designated wildlife areas managed alongside the Missouri Department of Conservation.
Parkway School District and Kirkwood School District serve the area, as do two private schools. The international headquarters of Edward Jones Investments is located in Des Peres.

Ellesville
In October 2012 the Ellisville Dog Park opened, located in Bluebird Park. The Saint Louis County Library, Asian Center, and Daniel Boone Branch are also located in Ellisville.
Crestview Middle, Ellisville Elementary, and Ridge Meadows Elementary are three schools in the Rockwood School District located in Ellisville.

Frontenac
Frontenac his home to a high-end mall featuring retailers like Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Tiffany & Co.
The community was named after the New France governor Lous de Baude de Frontenac. The community core was made up of a 26 acre estate, and the area mostly consists of houses on single acre lots.

Glendale
Glendale was named for the scenic glens or dales in the region, and has been voted best place to live, once or twice. Also, this area is home to Carl and Gerty Cori, who won the Nobel prize in physiology for medicine in 1947.
As of the 2010 census, there were over 6,000 people living here. We are happy to serve every one of them that wants a great home cleaning!
Kirkwood
Kirkwood was named after James P. Kirkwood, who administrated the building of the Pacific Railroad through town. This area was the first planned suburb west of the Mississippi – planned after a famous St. Louis fire of 1849 and a cholera outbreak.
This area is home to the Greentree Festival, the National Museum of Transportation, the Kirkwood Farmers Market, and the famous Magic House.

Ladue
Ladue began as a farming community, but as automobiles replaced horses, farmers began selling land to city workers. Some people from Ladue are August Busch III, Charles Knight head of Emerson Electric Co., Andrew Taylor head of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and Chuck Berry a famous musician.

Manchester
This area was named after Manchester, England, and lay on a landmass that’s just 5 square miles. As of the 2010 census, there were 18,000 people living here with just 7,500 housing units. Manchester is served by the Parkway School District and Fontbonne University, as well as the Grand Glaize Branch of the St. Louis Library.

Maplewood
This area was one of the earliest suburbs of St. Louis, located near a railroad line, and at the end of a St. Louis streetcar line. The area was considered a get-away from the industrial city around 1900’s. This area has been home to several famous musicians and athletes over the years, and is home to one of Schlafly Bottle works branches.
This city is served by the Maplewood Richmond Heights School District.

Ollivette
Olivette was created by merging the communities of Stratmann, Olive, Tower Hill, and Central in 1930. The area was originally settled as a farming community along an old Indian trail called Bonhomme Road.
This area is served by the Ladue School District and as of the 2010 census had a population of 8,000.

Richmond Heights
Richmond Heights neighbors Clayton, and is home to the Galleria Mall, and was once headquarters for the Panera Bread company. Fitz’s soda and restaurant company started in this area as well.

Shrewsbury
This area was named in 1889, created from a 278 acre farm owned by General John Murdock. The area officially became a village in 1913. As of the 2010 census there were almost 7,000 people living here. The city is served by the Webster Grove School District.

Saint Peters
St. Peters was originally home to the Mississipian mound builders, a unique historic paradigm of people who build huge earth mounds for religious purposes. Long after, the area became a farming town with a tiny population of just 500 until 1970 – but the population ballooned by the 90’s to nearly 50,000 people.
The area officially became a town in 1910, and a city in 1959.
This city is served by the Fort Zumwalt and Francis Howell school districts, neighboring Cottleville and O’Fallon who share the same districts.

Saint Charles
This lovely river city sits right beside the Missouri River, and is home to a historic brick-paved area with many attractions including restaurants, shops, bars, and a huge casino and hotel. This city was founded early, in 1769, originally called Les Petite Cotes, which meant “The Little Hills” in French. The area was actually ruled by Spain for a while. St. Charles was primarily inhabited by French speaking colonists from Canada, and for a long time was considered the last sign of civilization on the American western frontier
As of the 2010 census, there were 66,000 people living there, making it the 9th largest city in Missouri. The area was inhabited by Native Americans as early as 11000 B.C. – last settled by the Osage and Missouri tribes before colonization.
St. Charles is rich with history and is a tourist stop for many – but also home to many who enjoy the area as much as we do!

Sunset Hills
This city was incorporated in 1957, served by the Kirkwood School District and Lindbergh Schools. Sunset Hills houses Laumeier Sculpture Park with changing indoor exhibitions and a set of large outdoor sculptures. The city has a great community center and also has Watson Trail Park, Minnie Ha Ha Park, Kitun Dog Park, and an athletic complex.

University City
Otherwise known as U-City, this area houses a robust social main street with many concert halls, restaurants, galleries, and other attractions. Located adjacent to Clayton, this area is only a stone throw away from Forest Park, and the St. Louis history and art museums.

Webster Groves
This city was located on the Pacific Railroad line, which help it developed as a robust suburb. The convenient location near the city, allowed city workers to escape the industrial era St. Louis downtown when needed. As of the 2010 census, there were 23,000 people living there. This city is served by the Webster Groves School District, and home to Webster University.
