Our cleaners get treated right! We pay our contractor workers more than employees get paid for the same work elsewhere - $18 to $30 an hour with weekly payout. We are looking for people who know how to get stuff done in a professional way. Our clients typically require cleaners to have cheap cleaning contractor insurance, such as Hiscox sells.

Lexi Maids gets cleaning contractors booked appointments and handles all customer orientation - so our cleaners get to push forward and accomplish their own goals much faster! you are also free to carry your own clients as well. Lexi Maids is also flexible with hours but prefer our cleaning techs to commit to the same days each week (such as every M-W-F). Candidates should be comfortable addressing customer needs, performing a checklist clean, and working with a professional pace.
